March is the month your body starts waking up again.

Not in a dramatic “new me” way. In a quieter, biological way. Light changes, mornings feel a little easier (waking up personally for me is way easier, haha), movement feels less heavy, cravings shift, and mood lifts slightly. You don’t suddenly become a different person, but your hormones just start cooperating more.

And this is exactly why March is dangerous.

Because the second you feel a little better, the internet starts selling you a summer shred: The panic plan, the punishment workouts, the “fix yourself fast” energy.

We’re not doing that here!

Not because you’re above wanting results. You are allowed to want a slimmer waist, tighter legs, and a body that feels light in dresses and leggings. But you’re not going to get there by treating your body like it owes you.

You’re going to get there by calibrating your rhythm, working with your cycle, and choosing habits that are sustainable enough to repeat. That is what “Spring Calibration” means!
